Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our website. By scheduling an appointment, accessing our services, or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service, which incorporate our Cancellation and Refund Policies. 

1. Cancellation Policy 

All clients must inform their therapist 24 hours prior to their appointment if they won't be able to attend. If clients do not give proper notice or if they do not attend their appointment without notifying their therapist, there may be a late cancelation or no show fee according to their therapist's discretion. It should be noted that insurance will NOT cover this fee, as no health care was provided. 

1(a). Exceptional Circumstances

 We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. In cases of true medical or family emergencies, the                   late cancellation fee may be waived at the sole discretion of the practice.

2. Refund Policy 

 Fees are charged for the clinical time, expertise, and personalized care provided during your scheduled appointment. Therefore, completed therapy sessions and professional evaluations are non-refundable.

However, we are committed to fairness and accuracy. If a billing error occurs, if you are accidentally overcharged, or if a mistake is made on our part regarding your scheduling or payment, we will promptly correct the error and issue a full refund for the mistaken amount.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is due at the time service is provided - unless other arrangements have been made in advance - and are typically billed the following business day. By providing your payment information, you authorize the practice to charge your card on file for scheduled services, as well as any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees as outlined above.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

All therapeutic relationships, session contents, and client records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethical standards and legal privacy regulations.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
