Losing a loved one can be difficult and make you feel alone. My approach to working with you allowss you to feel safe and gives you a place to honour your loved one. I want to help you find meaning-making and purpose after loss.
I can support you with meaningful sessions that have specific activities that can help you process your feelings in a way that will help you remember your loved one and find ways to work through the love that you have for them.

What is a Creative Grief Practioner?
I have been trained to work with you to make meaning of your grief. Often, when we can work through our emotions in a creative manner, we can heal from our grief.

I have a 12 week program called " Grief Is Love" that I work with you that includes some of the following activities:
