Therapy can be hard. Talking about painful experiences and sharing your vulnerabilities isn’t easy — and that’s why creating a safe space is my top priority. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you explore whatever feels important to you. I strive to be warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. While you lead the way in what we talk about, I gently help identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together we work as a team to help you reach your goals.
I work with adults navigating trauma, domestic violence, substance use, anxiety, and depression — and I believe that healing is always possible. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together, let's build on your strengths to support meaningful, lasting change.
