 I am passionate about helping women heal and move through difficult life experiences. I want to help you gain confidence, build resilience and learn to trust your own inner wisdom while providing a safe, healing and compassionate environment.

I love using a combination of Trauma Focused-CBT and experiential therapies including play, sandtray, and art. I also love integrating concepts of Somatic work, body connection, yoga, and mindfulness into my work. I am informed in PolyVagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. Let’s work together to heal your mind, body and spirit.

 I enjoy spending time with my three children, practicing yoga and collecting crystals. I love exploring our great big world and meeting new people. I look forward to meeting you, and walking with you along your healing journey.
